I removed the device Headphones from my computer thus removing any driver that it installed during the pairing, removed the Bluetooth driver on my laptop, then installed the Bluetooth driver via Microsoft driver finder, paired the headphones again and allowed the Microsoft to install gluebuds drivers it needed and voila!

To put the Bluebuds into proper pairing bluebudd, you have to have them off, then hold the power button until it turns on, AND starts pairing. Just to confirm this works for Windows 10 as well.
